Dear Mike,

Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts for your kindness and guidance with Mum’s funeral.

From that initial meeting, to the ceremony on the day it was a pleasure to work alongside you. The service couldn’t have been better, it was a beautful reflection of mum and I think we all did her proud with your wonderful guidance.

I just wanted to send a note now that the dust has settled. Thank you so much for a wonderful service. You did an amazing job, and we are all so thrilled with how it went. We can’t thank you enough for the time you took to get to know the family and Dad. We really appreciated all your hard work.

Thankyou, sitting here with tears in my eyes and although my wife is too upset to read it it's a perfect reflection of our son. The mix is silver.

Hi Mike

Thank you for everything you did yesterday. 

It was a very emotional day but the tribute, the music, the photo review and the British Legion contributions made it very uplifting.  It was great to look back on his life and appreciate him.

Due to Xmas we had to delay Mums internment and Memorial Service. We asked Rev Pons if he would officiate as we still wished to have a religious service

Rev Pons was excellent - from the start he made the process compassionate and simple.

He was flexible to any needs from the family as well as offering ideas for the service, readings and poems

He took the anxiety out of the process and as a family we were able to create a personal and touching service for Mum

He took charge of events allowing the family to relax and pay proper tribute

From the first phone conversation I had with Mike, Mike conveyed his wealth of experience in handling a truly personal and compassionate service. When looking for a suitable person to deliver a funeral service for Mum, I knew it would be difficult to find the right mix of traditional and modern. Mike took nothing for granted, and, with arrangements made mainly over the phone, Mike was at pains to listen to the family's wishes in order to deliver a really first class service. I can't thank Mike enough for his truly professional efforts. He made the day go so smoothly and allowed so many of the personal touches we had asked for come to fruition. Mum's memory was delivered with such respect and dignity, thanks Mike for everything.
