I’m a funeral officiant, here to help families create meaningful funerals and celebrations of life. Some may use the terms celebrant or minister, but I prefer officiant — because each service isn’t about me. It’s about you, your loved one, and how I can best support you through this time.

With over 20 years of experience guiding families through loss, my aim is to help you plan a service that is personal, respectful, and heartfelt — one that truly honours your loved one and brings comfort to those who gather to remember them.

As an accredited minister of religion and former Royal Navy Chaplain, I bring both spiritual insight and professional experience to every ceremony. Whether you wish for a faith-based, secular, or blended approach, I’ll work closely with you to create a service that reflects your loved one’s story, values, and beliefs.

I collaborate with funeral directors across Plymouth and the surrounding areas, but you’re also very welcome to contact me directly. Together, we can design a funeral or celebration of life that feels right for you and your family.
